Thereafter, an additional $500 rent rebate will be credited every 12 months. Rent rebates will be applied as credits to the Tenant's account on the applicable dates, provided the tenancy is in good standing, all rent and other amounts are paid in full, and there are no outstanding issues or pending matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
