Kitchen chattels to remain: two (2) Amana four-burner stoves; one (1) Fridigaire portable refrigeration unit; one (1)Kenmore microwave; one (1) CMA ventless dishwasher unit with all dish trays and detergents currently in kitchen; two(2) Broan exhaust fans; two (2) dish trolleys; some glasses/dishes/ cups/saucers/mugs/cutlery/pots & pans/serving pieces, kitchen utensils, serving trays, baskets, dish bins, coffee makers, coffee carafes, cleaning supplies, towels,dish clothes, etc. currently in the kitchen.Sound system and all church pews in the nave (sanctuary) shall remain.Lower level: all tables and chairs, office furniture, kitchen cabinets and other cabinets located in common rooms shall remain. It is suggested that inventory of remaining items shall be completed immediately prior to date set for closing with representatives of seller and buyer being present for said inventory. Any garden tools located in garden shed shall remain.
